LAND CONTRACT / MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS:

$249 Doc Fee can be paid with Credit Card
3 documents are drafted and signed through DocuSign
- Promissory Note
- Land Sale Contract
- Purchase Agreement
Down payment be made conveniently with Credit Card or ACH.
Monthly ACH payments are automatic through GeekPay.io and start 30-days after contracts are signed.
- A small monthly note fee is added to your payment. We also take out for estimated property taxes (and HOA fee if applicable).
Congratulations, you are a land owner!!!
When the note is paid in full, the deed is recorded at the County’s Register of Deeds.

CASH SALE:

$249 document processing fee can be paid via Credit Card

Payment is processed through Bank Wire (preferred) or Cashier’s Check.
- We provide contact info for our banker. They have a convenient and secure method of sharing necessary information.
Warranty Deed is notarized – we provide a digital copy for your records.
When payment is confirmed by our bank, we record the deed with the County's Register of Deeds. This can often be done electronically in as little as 2-3 hours.
When the deed is recorded, we send you confirmation and all paperwork for your records.
